I had a great experience at Sutton Park Warwick Renault & Dacia because Colin was very welcoming and friendly, however I didn't realise my car had 2 dents in the passenger door you can only see in some lights but that would of swayed my decision. It was parked in a way that I didn't notice then when i bought the car.

I was happy with the service at Sutton Park Warwick Renault & Dacia because I was dreading the experience as it was the first time buying a used car on my own. My husband died in August & I needed to change to a smaller car. I felt at ease from the start as the sales team were so helpful & patient. I will certainly advise friends to visit Sutton Park Warwick & have already mentioned this dealer to a close friend thinking of changing his car.

My experience at Sutton Park Warwick Renault & Dacia could have been better because, the exterior had not been valeted to any acceptable standard. I had to refuse to take it home until some scratches were polished out, although this was attempted, I had to spend 4 Hours the following Monday cleaning & polishing it. The lower door seals were full of grit and the car had not been cleaned properly. I am still not 100% happy with the exterior paint, so a good will gesture of Sutton park paying for the car to be professionally polished in a qualified Renault paint facility would be much appreciated. Also, I would send your valeting team on a course, as the standard was shocking. I expect to receive a response from this statement.
